There are, however, some circumstances where exceptions apply:
• protect a child from the risk of physical, emotional or psychological harm
• prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of the client or other any person, including the threat of suicide
• report the commission, or prevent the likely commission, of an offence involving violence or a threat of violence to the client or any other person.

Online is conducted just like a face-to-face talk via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp. I will either email you a link to our meeting, or video call you at the time of your appointment. You will be able to interact with me in the same way as would happen in an in-person context via your chosen device.

Here is what you’ll need for your online appointment:

• reliable internet connection 
• internet connected device such as a phone, tablet or computer
• stable dock/place for your device for the duration of your appointment (so your device doesn’t wobble around and you don’t have to hold your device)
• private and quiet space where you will not be interrupted for the duration of your appointment: this could be in your home, office or car
• headphones – ideal for optimal sound quality

To book for an appointment please email or call me and I will respond to you within 48 hours to arrange a date and time.

Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email confirming your appointment time and location.

You will receive an appointment reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
