Yes\u2026 it\u2019s not easy to start the what about me. So –<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019ve just cleaned the toilet and bathroom. That sometimes helps\u2026 but cleaning is not always the solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

All my life I have had lots of questions and the need to believe that there has to be more. I\u2019ve been graced with living long enough to have learnt lessons that have helped me through hard times.<\/p>\n

\n

I have always had the wish to be a somewhat good human being – a beneficial presence in the world. In wishing this, many life experiences have come my way.<\/p>\n

I have learned that if we are willing, these experiences teach us. This letting go – so easily said, so hard to do.<\/p>\n

\n

It always reminds me of cooking. You can read a cook book, you can learn it by heart, you can read it in two different languages, but that does not mean that you can actually cook. It is an entirely different world when you actually do it!<\/p>\n

\n

So I feel it is with my life. I have learned by living it – by falling down, by disappointment, by not getting what I want and so on. In return \u2013 no, I am not rich and famous but I have gained a depth and a trust in life\u2019s process that comes from experience.<\/p>\n

\n

Now after my second bout of cancer, the death of my father and many other of life\u2019s challenges I have been cooked enough and am now ready to serve.<\/p>\n

I have a advanced diploma in homeopathic medicine Sydney, I am a yoga and Pilates teacher, trained chef, Mother and so on.
