No I did not feel like it this morning. And most of all I don\u2019t really have time to just sit here for six long minutes. 1000 of other things are calling me . Timer is set .
And my knee still hurts and I am afraid of more pain what if I have to take painkillers again . Which I don\u2019t want too.
Okay I start now I am grateful for \u2026. Searching this dav , for life , my family for all that they taught me and did not teach me . For the flat I life in the flowers , my daughter friends now I start rolling more and more comes in to my mind the stove , plumbing ,for the humans that have gone before me and invented electricity, so I can just turn on the lights . Coffee , my green tea . The humans that grow it and harvest it . My cup and who ever made it .The glass windows so I can just sit here and look out . Amazing!
The energy widens in me there seems to be more space . My breath \u2026
I feel grateful and very abundant now
I know it won\u2019t last but I can always return to it !

Because it touches me again and again. I got some amazing tulips from a friend yesterday.<\/p>\n I see them but when I sit in silence for 10 minutes, I see them in a whole different light. More dimensions at the same time. The onion from wich it grew from, the earth it spang from, the live-force it carries within it.
