Then on the bicycle to go to training.
I notice how my breath is getting shorter and my stress level is rising !!!!
In the afternoon I have to go to work .
What will I wear<\/p>\n
Back home in the cold. And then I stop let go .
No stressing about lunch stop to drink a coffee at one of my favorite coffee shops .
Nice music in the background.
Human beings that move around good atmosphere.
My breath is deepening again .
