My partner and his friend joined me for coffee. And again I entered a different place listening to the issues and problems of other humans. Yes we are all on a journey. And in some strange way everybody tries to do their best. Even though in my eyes \ud83d\udc40 it might not be the most helpful. Back at home back to my own round and round thoughts. But now my alarm went off and I am going to teach yoga . Again a different place. In 28 years of yoga the practice has never let me down. No matter how I came to it. All ways feel better and more whole .<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a somewhat big day today not so much externally but more so internally. Still dealing with back pain. If things like that happen to me I pick up my tread, my sting of life and start searching. What can help me which exercise stretches and so on. Sometimes driving myself crazy. And sometimes making things worse by trying to get better. So today I gave up and went to the lake for a coffee.
